The Sustainable Building Program at Habitat for Humanity of Michigan has worked to incorporate the above sustainability and accessibility features into various house plans and is willing to share these plans with affiliates.

Habitat for Humanity of Michigan and the Michigan Department of Corrections have a long-standing partnership which provides the Prison Build Program. Through this program, affiliates can purchase walls, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and a variety of other products. These products help affiliates build homes faster, cheaper and with fewer volunteers.

Open the PDF File
Rotate the plan clockwise by clicking View/Rotate View/Clockwise.
Click File/Print. A Print Box will open.
Choose the appropriate printer name.
(The View in the Print box should now look normal.)
Under the Page Handling section, be sure that the Page Scaling is None and Auto-Rotate and Center is checked.
Choose paper source by PDF page size should be unchecked.
Click ok.
File will print to the appropriate scale based on floor plan and PDF settings.
