• Affiliates must be in Good Standing with Habitat for Humanity International (Quality Assurance Checklist is current and approved) and must agree to the HFHI Policy Handbook
• Affiliates must be in Good Standing with Habitat for Humanity of Michigan (Demonstrated by a Readiness File Review letter of “Approval”, all conditions have been met, including approval of families; and no monies are more than six months past due to HFHM.).
• Affiliate must agree to adhere to all HFHM and federal HOME requirements as detailed in this application and the forthcoming grant awards.
• One DPA award will be awarded to all eligible Habitat for Humanity Affiliate applicants. Multiple awards to a single affiliate are allocated on a competitive statewide basis. The competitive awards are based on submissions of individual affiliates' applications.
