
Habitat for Humanity of Michigan provides the following educational classes for individuals and families who are pursuing financial stability, are already on the road toward homeownership, or both!
We are passionate about preparing you well, whatever your goals may be!
Each of the classes listed below will be held virtually, via Zoom, a secure and engaging video conferencing platform.
GROUP HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CLASS SERIES:
This is a 6-hour class on the Introduction to Homeownership. Individuals or families will need to attend both dates in the series for completion. These series are held twice a month at either 9 a.m. – 12 noon or 5:00 p.m. – 8 p.m.

INDIVIDUAL HOMEBUYER EDUCATION CLASS:
This is a 2-hour class for families already in the mortgage process and working directly with a lender. The classes are held twice per month at varying times.

To begin, please complete our online Services Intake Application using this link https://hfhm.force.com/hfhmcft. Be sure all fields of the application are completed. When the application has been completed, services selected and activated; you will be contacted to schedule an Intake appointment. Then you will be assigned to a Housing Counselor to learn more of your homeownership goals in the event you’re looking for more 1:1 service.
